Dutch (PH-) records come from the open aircraft register file published by ILT, the Dutch transport inspectorate, which is refreshed every 28 days and lists aircraft facts only, with no owner details. US records use the FAA's public Civil Aircraft Registry bulk data release; street address and ZIP code are intentionally excluded, even though they're part of the public record, to avoid this becoming a way to pinpoint a private owner's home address.
